the only dehydrating factor would be caffeine, if you are drinking 2-3 cokes a day that will lead to you being dehydrated. the normal person does not drink enough water in the first place.

drinking sprite will not dehydrate you. although the insulin spike from the sugar if not taken with food will affect testosterone levels, in turn causing acne problems.

I have never had a problem with any certain food causing me acne. Many people think that the glycemic index and acne relates. Try researching a little bit about that on Google.

Acne companies really don't want people to know that food causes acne because if that was the case, there wouldn't be any acne companies.

Sure, there's no proven evidence that food causes acne, but it's my best bet that food does somehow directly or indirectly contribute.

Do you know of tother foods that can make acne worse? I generally eat pretty healthy, but it's hard to point out something bad you're eating until someone else mentions it :)
