How to use Proactiv correctly

When people say to me things like, "Proactiv sucks!"

I begin to bet that these people didn't use the product correctly.

If you use the products according to the way your skin speaks to you, you will have a lot more results than by just following the regular old instructions.

How many times should you use Proactiv daily?

To determine the amount of Proactiv or any other acne clearing product you should use on your face, you need to first determine your skin type. Is your skin oily, normal, or dry?

Oily Skin - Use Proactiv twice a day.
Normal Skin - Use Proactiv once or twice a day. Whatever you prefer.
Dry Skin - Use Proactiv once a day.

Final Proactiv and Other Acne Face Wash Tips

  1. Never wash your face more than twice a day.
  2. If you workout mid-day simply pat your face dry of sweat.
  3. Your face should only touch water a total of two times a day.
  4. Put moisturizer on your face after you get out of the shower.
If you want to get rid of acne, you must understand how to do so. Over washing the face is the number one cause of acne worsening. Just so you all know. Again, over washing will not clear your skin, but instead it will make it worse!
