The other day I wrote about how I believe popcorn causes acne. Today I want to talk a little bit about McDonalds. Frankly, I don't care what any of those acne companies say. The food you eat directly relates to acne flareups.
Remeber the post I wrote titled, "Does Soda cause Acne?" This directly relates to what we're talking about here because since we determined that soda is an indirect cause of acne, I think we can also say that other foods can also be of influence with our acne flareups.
Does McDonalds cause acne?
Their food is greasy and filled with chemicals. I don't have any proven tests that McDonalds causes or influenences an increase in acne, but let me leave it to you guys. Does McDonals make you breakout?

woww yeah it seems as if every time i eat McDonald's a few days later I have some sort of huge cystic pimple on my face.. Then I drink lots of water and stop eating McDonald's and poof! its gone.
Its just a shame because McDonalds tastes too damn good to have to give up because it causes acne
