How many times should you use Proactiv daily?
To determine the amount of Proactiv or any other acne clearing product you should use on your face, you need to first determine your skin type. Is your skin oily, normal, or dry?Oily Skin - Use Proactiv twice a day.
Normal Skin - Use Proactiv once or twice a day. Whatever you prefer.
Dry Skin - Use Proactiv once a day.

- Never wash your face more than twice a day.
- If you workout mid-day simply pat your face dry of sweat.
- Your face should only touch water a total of two times a day.
- Put moisturizer on your face after you get out of the shower.

Waz good! Do I use the Proactiv extra strength 3 piece kit the same way as regular one? I just want to try it out because it has more benzol pyroxide so I think it will work better than regular one, but I'm scared that i can get red skin. So how do I use it?
just don't overuse the product. you know what i mean? if it says use this much once a day then don't use it twice a day... etc.. etc... also, be sure to keep your face moisturized
What about back and chest acne? Is there a trick to that? What products would I use for that?
I don't know. I've never really worried about that. However, Proactiv works for back acne too.

Either try using less proactiv and more moisturizer or just more moisturizer. If nothing works contact Proactiv Support.
i have a question about how 2 applie the refining mask i notice u talk about every other proactive product but i got the refining mask i was wondering how do you do spot treatment is it medium sized clumps of it or just a super thin layer?

Hi I'm waiting for my Proactiv Solution. I think I will receive it this week. Sometimes, reading the testimonials of people scare me. But in your case, I'm so excited to use it. proactive's body wash works well in the shower too, for the guy wondering about chest and back.
Ive use proactive before and it made my skin red and dry and i saw your video on youtube and i started to use it again and i noticed i was using it wrong last time used it so im wondering if i should use it 1 or 2 times a day now that im using it the right way
